Fix Turnover solves a very specific problem — helping Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) companies retain more Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).

RBTs work with autistic children to build communication, social, and life skills. And when RBTs leave, it costs the ABA companies thousands, plus families go unserved or cycle through RBT after RBT.
